You can browse every freeroll guide, tournament overview and travel guide without an account.

Email sign-in

If you choose to sign in, we use your email address to deliver a six-digit verification code and identify your account. Firebase provides authentication and stores the verification-code record. Our configured email provider delivers the sign-in message. Codes expire after ten minutes; used or invalidated codes are removed. Expired records are removed on a later sign-in attempt.

Your browser stores an authentication session so you can remain signed in. You can sign out on the Account page or remove the session using your browser’s site-data controls. We do not use sign-in to subscribe you to marketing email.

Saved festivals

If you save a festival, we store its identifier, the time you saved it and the festival dates shown at that time in Firebase, linked to your account identifier. This lets you access your private shortlist across signed-in devices and see when dates change. Other visitors cannot view your saved list.

Remove a festival using its bookmark button or your Saved page. Removing it deletes that entry from your shortlist; signing out keeps the list in your account and clears it from the current page. Saving does not register you for a tournament or subscribe you to email updates.

Hosting and external services

Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, timestamps and error logs, to deliver and secure the service. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to public guide pages, including page views and broad traffic sources, device types and countries. Vercel does not use analytics cookies and uses a daily visitor identifier rather than an account identifier. We exclude account, sign-in, private saved pages and unknown routes from page-view collection. Search terms, URL query parameters and fragments are removed from the page URL before collection. We do not attach email addresses, account identifiers or saved-festival records to analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals suppress page-view events. We also use Google Analytics 4 for page views on these public pages. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits. The same public-page exclusions, query removal and browser privacy signals apply. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization, and do not use advertising trackers.

Official event, hotel, map and travel links take you to separate services with their own privacy policies. We do not receive the payment or registration information you submit to them.

Existing accounts

The guide replaces earlier poker tools. Existing Firebase accounts have been retained; historical records were not erased as part of the redesign and are not displayed in the public guide.

Privacy requests

To request help with account data, use the contact link on our About page to ask the owner for a private contact channel. Keep that initial request free of email addresses, account identifiers and other personal information.
